Billing

All billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

Free Trials

We offer a generous free trial period for our apps. We encourage you to fully evaluate the app during this trial period to ensure it meets your needs before your paid subscription begins.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Given our generous free trial period, we expect merchants to evaluate our apps thoroughly before committing to a paid subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the related app from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, you will be charged for your final billing cycle once that cycle completes, as per the terms of Shopify's billing system. This final charge may occur after you uninstall the app due to billing cycle timing and Shopify's internal billing logic. All billing is governed by Shopify's terms of service. • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Services in a way that could damage our reputation

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

By You

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by uninstalling our application from your Shopify store.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete Your Data after a reasonable period following termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
